In this program, this focus will be on the practical aspects of hospitality service. Student will also be instructed in mix logy, wines, customer service, hotel services and menu planning and design. This certificate program has been designed so that students develop and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce and to perform their roles as front line service providers in the hospitality industry.

The course prepares students to work in various types of kitchens. Students learn how to plan, cost and prepare a large variety of dishes based on different types of cuisine. In addition to theoretical learning, this course entails intensive practical cookery drills in the College as well as practical attachment in the hotel industry.
