  HOTEL & RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
In this program, this focus will be on the practical aspects of hospitality service. Student will also be instructed in mix logy, wines, customer service, hotel services and menu planning and design. This certificate program has been designed so that students develop and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce and to perform their roles as front line service providers in the hospitality industry.

Why Study on Hotel Management:

Graduates may find employment in any area of the lodging industry. Graduates are working in front office positions, catering, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets and entry level management positions in resorts, cruise lines, famous player's theatres and many others.
 
Entry Requirements:
•  S.S.C/H.S.C/A Level/GED/Equivalent.
•  Minimum CGPA 2.5 or 45% Marks (H.S.C & S.S.C)

For International Student: Year 12 Senior High School Qualifications or Equivalent.

CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTION
The course prepares students to work in various types of kitchens. Students learn how to plan, cost and prepare a large variety of dishes based on different types of cuisine. In addition to theoretical learning, this course entails intensive practical cookery drills in the College as well as practical attachment in the hotel industry. Students also undertake various creative projects.

This course provides a systematic approach to hotel front office procedures. It's also a six months course. Students should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of current front office operating system, including efficient and courteous guest services.
