Mission of ILCS:

ILCS’s mission is to develop people’s communication, creative, and technical skill and make them eligible in competing in any international environment in their future along with the advancement and dissemination of knowledge.

Vision of ILCS:

ILCS has a vision to sustain and develop their identity as a teaching institution of the highest international qualification by ‘2010’ in accordance with the objective of turning the huge population of Bangladesh into resources which will contribute in reducing the unemployment as well as huge population problem in Bangladesh.
